Project 1: Development of the five poles
The five pole are centre-ville, Le Village, Domaine Saint-Bernard, parc national du Mont-Tremblant and the Tremblant resort.
The five-pole project is the pooling of the efforts of the tourism partners and aims to consolidate the first industry, which is tourism.
- Develop four-season infrastructure for the three clienteles: permanent resident, vacationer and tourist.
Project 2: Economic diversification
Economic Development Department aims to attract businesses that can support the tourism industry. For example, a towel linen washing company or a construction industry of furniture for condos and hotels.
- Analyzing the potential of the territory.
- Establish the necessary tags for a harmonious development of the territory design a plan of action.
Project 3: Regional home
This project aims to make reception an individual and collective responsibility. A project where efforts must be pooled so that each person in a pole is able to sell the other poles.
- Design a common hospitality policy
- Design common welcoming tools
Project 4: marketing strategy
The goal of this project is to coordinate all intervenants in the tourism industry. A common marketing strategy that respects the differences of each and where innovation and creation will be present under a strong trademark in order to speak a common voice through concerted and complementary actions.
Project 5: congress Destination
This project will allow developing a regional strategy in order to define a distinctive niche for the sale and development of infrastructures.
Project 6: Institutional and educational
Economic Development Department has set up this project to support institutional and educational intervenants in the implementation of projects such as Centre collégial de Mont-Tremblant or the establishment of a superclinic.
