The Ville de Mont-Tremblant would like to increase the preparedness of its community with respect to naturel, technological and social risks which could occur on its territory.

That is why on Monday, February 11, 2008, the Council adopted the Municipal Emergency Preparedness Plan (Plan municipal de sécurité civile)

Plan includes several sections, notably:

  • providing the Ville de Mont-Tremblant with a plan for emergency preparedness that reflects today’s reality;
  • arming the Plan with emergency measures for the Ville with the Loi sur la sécurité civile (L.R.Q., c. S-2.3);
  • establishing an emergency preparedness culture in our municipality and ensuring good management and good planning of the measures and procedures.
