Heritage tour

What would you say to being able to travel through time to discover the rich history of our Ville?

That’s the experience available to you through twenty-four panels and ten plaques, installed on the territory of Mont-Tremblant. You’ll learn a little more about the Indigenous peoples who traveled the area’s rivers and lakes, and about the devotion of the nuns, and the importance of the arrival of the train on the lives of the parishioners.

With the Balado Discovery application for smart phones and tablets, it is now possible to have access to an enhanced version of the circuit and, when traversed, to be guided from one point of interest to another through To the GPS of his device. The application also makes it possible to make a virtual tour of the circuit

This project was made possible by the work of Danielle Soucy and by the regional historical society, the Société du patrimoine du Bassin inférieur de la Rouge et de la Chaîne géologique du Mont-Tremblant Inc. (SOPABIC), and by the initiative of the District no. 1 committee for the portion of the pole Le Village.

 Enjoy your visit!
