Municipal Court
The local municipal court of the Ville de Mont-Tremblant is accessible to all and leads to a better citizen's accessibility for justice. This court was created in 2005.
Before, citizens had to move themselves some 40 km farther to contest a statement of offence. The creation of the court located at 1149 rue de Saint-Jovite then allows to do so with less constraints, which was a major aspect for the creation of this court.
Formed in law, court staff, guide the citizen through the maze of this institution with compliance.
