Conseil de Développement de l’Excellence Sportive des Laurentides (CDESL)
The Conseil de Développement de l’Excellence Sportive des Laurentides (CDESL) is a non-profit organization that offers to young athletes from regional competitive level, the individual or the team, their path towards the achievement of their sporting goals and their daily habits acquisition.
The CDESL offers services such as:
- a physical training
- nutrition
- mental preparation
- medical services (physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, etc.)
The services of the CDESL are available to sports teams and Laurentian associations, whether civil or school, through a partnership with all the MRC in the region, including the MRC des Laurentides. The organization also supports coaches and parents in mentoring and training programs.
