Do you have any questions about bullying? Watch the video clips for young people, parents and school staff, produced by the Comité de vigie jeunesse et du Service à la communauté de la région Sud du SPVM.

This workshop presents four situations of bullying and violence that can be experienced in schools. It is also a tool to help parents whose children are experiencing bullying or are themselves bullies.

*Recommended level: secondary I and II


Here is a short film (30 minutes) hosted by a police officer. It was created by the Association québécoise Plaidoyer-Victimes. This short film illustrates a romantic relationship where control of the other, cyberstalking and sexting win out over trust and respect.

*Recommended level: secondary III, IV and V

Social networks

In collaboration with the JAD group and the violence and bullying subcommittee at Curé-Mercure High School, a class is given on impacts of the uses of social networks.

After doing research, the students must produce an oral presentation in the form of an argumentative debate on the use or social networks.

*Recommended level: secondary IV


Impaired driving: Simulation of an accident and workshop-conference

A crash simulation involving drug-impaired driving is organized in partnership with the drugs and dependencies subcommittee of Curé-Mercure High School, the Police and Fire Safety Departments of the Ville de Mont-Tremblant, as well as Groupe Radisson ambulance service.

Recommended level: secondary V

Mimi is an energetic little girl with a fertile imagination. Unfortunately, the day before, Mimi missed a presentation on attackers given by a police officer. She realizes she has made mistakes and imagines that her best friend, Duncan, is in danger. The video provides prevention tips about potential assaults.

*Recommended level: 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of elementary school


Walking safely

Being a pedestrian involves a number of risks. Like the knights of the Middle Ages who had to face all kinds of dangers, today’s children must be vigilant to move safely on foot. The video recalls prevention tips on walking and school bus transportation in a humorous way.

*Recommended level: 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of elementary school



Reminder of rules and police escort by bicycle.

An annual bike ride is organized at L’Odyssée school. Cadets and police officers of the Ville de Mont-Tremblant supervise the ride. An activity is available to remind participants of good cycling behaviour.

*Recommended level: 4th, 5th and 6th year of elementary school
