Linear park Le P'tit Train du Nord

One of the longest linear park in Canada is located in the heart of the Laurentians. Making good use of a former railway bed built at the beginning of the 20th century, Le P'tit Train du Nord runs through 234 km of beautiful landscape as it travels beside rivers, lakes and streams between Saint-Jerôme and Mont-Laurier.

Le P’tit Train du Nord linear park is paved for 22 km from Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré to Chemin Plouffe in Mont-Tremblant.

The following activities are permitted on Le P’tit Train du Nord :

  • Cycling
  • In-line skating
  • Walking and hhiking
  • Classic cross-country skiing
  • Skate-style cross-country skiing.

Dogs are not permitted on Le P’tit Train du Nord linear park.

The maximum recommended speed is 22 km / h.
