Since February 1st, 2023, the City of Mont-Tremblant no longer sends tax account information by email to taxpayers. Because you have in the past received your account information by email, we invite you to register immediately to obtain your tax account online.
A new online portal for tax notices and online payments has been launched. From now on, you can check your notice and pay your taxes more quickly and conveniently, in just a few clicks.
In addition to increasing efficiency, this new digital tax payment system will help us reduce our carbon footprint by using less paper and lowering greenhouse gases emitted by couriers and vehicles travelling to and from City Hall.
Online Tax Notices (Voilà! portal)
We invite you to register for Voilà!, our new online tax portal, and select the option to receive your future tax notices electronically, rather than by mail.
Registration is fast, easy and free. All you need to do is:
- Visit the portal at mont-tremblant.appvoila.com/en and click on REGISTER to create your user account.
- In the Property tab, add your property by entering your registration number or address.
- Click on Add a tax account. Using the information from your 2022 or 2023 paper tax notice, enter:
- your account number
- the amount of the first payment
Select the option to receive your next tax notice electronically (optional, but strongly recommended, as you won't receive your notice in the mail anymore).
Following your registration, you will be able to check your tax notices at any time, as well as any amounts owing. You will also receive an email whenever a new tax notice is available on the portal.
ACCEO Online Payment Platform
You will now also be able to pay your taxes online through the ACCEO platform, at villedemont-tremblant.qc.ca/acceo.
You can access it through the Voilà! online tax portal at mont-tremblant.appvoila.com/en (see registration instructions above), using the tab Pay a tax notice.
To make a payment, you will need your registration number and account number, which can be found on your tax notice. Please have your payment card ready (debit or credit). Please note that fees apply to credit card payments.
You will have the option to make one single payment (the entire amount owing) or several instalments, according to a specific schedule. You will receive a reminder email when your payment deadline is approaching, as well as an email confirmation once the transaction has been completed.
