A town planning advisory committee (comité consultatif d’urbanisme - CCU) is an organization appointed by the municipal council to provide advice on the requests submitted to them regarding town planning and development of the territory.
For further information on the role of the CCU, please consult the website of the ministère des Affaires municipales et de l’Occupation du territoire (MAMROT).
The following projects must be analyzed by the planning advisory committee:
- when located in an area subject to a plan for architectural establishment and integration (PIIA);
- when it requires a minor exemption;
- when it requires a conditional use.
Minutes from previous years are available upon request. You can contact the Town Planning Department by email at urbanisme@villedemont-tremblant.qc.ca.
