Payment schedule
Please note that tax bills are mailed at the end of February. If you have not received your tax bill by March 7, 2023, please register for the online tax bill. You can also dial 819 425-8614 for assistance.
The due dates for the four (4) tax installments of 2023 are:
- March 31st
- May 31st
- July 31st
- September 29th
Consult and pay your tax account online
You can now view and make your tax payments in just a few clicks, from the comfort of your home or workplace.
Voilà! portal
To access your tax account online, follow these simple steps:
- Create your user account on the portal. (Need assistance? Call 819 425-8614).
- Using the Services tab, add your property using the information found on your current or previous paper tax account:
- Registration number
- Account number
- Amount of the first payment
- Select the option to receive your next tax bill electronically
- A notification email will be sent informing you of your next tax account’s availability on the portal
Online payment platform (ACCEO)
To use the online payment platform, you will need your registration and account numbers handy – which can be found on your tax bill (available on the Voilà! portal). Please have your payment card ready (debit or credit). Please note that fees apply to credit card payments.
You will have the option to make one single payment (the entire amount owing) or several installments, according to a specific schedule. You will receive a reminder email when your payment deadline is approaching, as well as an email confirmation once the transaction has been completed.
How to change my mailing address (for reception of tax accounts only)
- Follow the instructions to create your account in Voilà! or login.
- Click on in the upper left corner
- If you already have a mailing address:
- Click on “Add address”
- Fill in the fields and click “Save”. If your mailing address is not in Mont-Tremblant, slide the green slider to the left before completing the form.
- If the system does not recognize your address, click on “I cannot find my address in the list”.
- Then fill in the fields manually.
- If you already have a mailing address, but want to change it, click on “Change”
- If you wish to add another address, you will need to specify which will be your mailing address (tax bills are sent to one address only). To do this, click on “Edit” in the address you want to set for your correspondence and move the slider “make this my correspondence address” to the right (the slider turns green). Then click “Save”.
- Your correspondence address will be labeled “Correspondence address” in your profile dashboard.
