The City Council has passed the customer service declaration (in French) provided by the Town Planning Department on April 13, 2015.
This declaration presents the commitments of the Town Planning Department regarding the receipt and processing of requests and is a way to ensure that everyone can be aware of and pursue the same goal, which is to provide quality service to the resident. At the same time, this document allows everyone to know their roles and tasks.
