The Human Resources Department contributes directly to the improvement in employee productivity and to the service provided to citizens through an ongoing search for better ways of doing and being within the organization. This search for excellence allows, at the same time, improvement in the quality of work life for staff members.
The Human Resources Department must provide the Ville de Mont-Tremblant with the necessary expertise in its various functions, which are: staffing, organizational development, management of training/education, management of workplace health and safety, labour relations, quality of work life, collective labour agreements, etc.
