The Accès Mont-Tremblant, Accès Lac-Tremblant-Nord, Experience and Experience + cards allow you to benefit from many advantages for the City of Mont-Tremblant. Thanks to their barcode, these will facilitate many of your transactions with the various municipal departments.
Who are the cards intended for?
Residents of Mont-Tremblant
Owners or undivided co-owners of a building, tenants or domiciled in a residential and long-term care center or a seniors' residence in Mont-Tremblant can obtain an Accès Mont-Tremblant card.
Residents of Lac-Tremblant-Nord
Owners or undivided co-owners of a building, tenants or domiciled in a residential and long-term care center or a residence for seniors in Lac-Tremblant-Nord can obtain a Accès Lac-Tremblant-Nord card.
Businesses
Corporate citizens (company, trust, cooperative, etc.) who are owners or occupants of a building on the territory of Mont-Tremblant or Lac-Tremblant-Nord can be issued an Accès or Expérience + card that provides the privileged offers and discounts, for one shareholder and that person’s family per business.

Intermunicipal agreements
Residents of municipalities that have entered an intermunicipal agreement, namely Amherst, La Conception, Mont-Blanc, Lac-Supérieur, Brébeuf and Montcalm regarding infrastructure sharing, should contact their municipality to find out how to obtain the Expérience Mont-Tremblant card.
How to obtain your card
The Accès card is issued upon a new card request or the expiration of your Vivre card. Accès cards will not be issued to valid Vivre cardholders.
To request an Accès card, come to one of the following service points with the required documents* during opening hours:
- Culture et loisirs counter at the Complexe aquatique (635 rue Cadieux)
- Samuel-Ouimet Library (1145 rue de Saint-Jovite)
- Reception desk at city hall (1145 rue de Saint-Jovite)
Online renewal and Sport-Plus account
The cards are valid for a period of 10 years, renewable annually either online or in person by providing the required proof.
Your card is automatically linked to your Sport-Plus account, however you must activate your access once by calling 819 425-8614 (24/7) to use your account.
Once logged in to your Sport-Plus account, you will be able to renew your card online, only if no change applies to your file (for example a change of address).
When renewing, you must submit electronically via your Sport-Plus account, the same identity and residence documents as when making a new request.
Renewal can also be done in person at one of the service points listed above.

In the event of theft or loss of your card
Accès Mont-Tremblant, Accès Lac-Tremblant-Nord, Experience + or Experience Mont-Tremblant cards are free and must be activated annually. The applicable rates for card replacement are as follows:
- Accès Mont-Tremblant card: $8,70 + taxes
- Accès Lac-Tremblant-Nord card: $8,70 + taxes
- Expérience Mont-Tremblant card: $13,05 + taxes
- Expérience+ card: $13,05 + taxes
