Delaying the judgment

The following form is used when, following receipt of your notice of hearing, you wish to admit your guilt, but need a delay before the judgment is rendered. You should contact Court staff to find out the time frame usually accepted by the judge. It should be noted that in all cases, the judge has complete discretion in accepting or refusing the indicated deferral date.
