Le Village

How to resist this place called Oasis of the Ville de Mont-Tremblant for its unique and deeply authentic atmosphere. Located on the shores of Lac Mercier, it offers quilts and coffee, good restaurants and country-style shops that set the tone for the Village, which, in the summer, sees several events: concerts, Québec National Day, etc.

It is an environment of life that delights young and old alike, from sportsmen to contemplatives ... In winter as in summer, it is possible to combine the two.

Ice rink, parks, and the multifunctional Village-de-Mont-Tremblant trail linking the Domaine Saint-Bernard and the Tremblant Resort are just a few of the attractions in the Village. Also, Le P'tit Train du Nord and the Trans Canada Trail (the longest recreational trail in the world), on which is integrated the Snowmobile Trail along Lake Mercier. Here lies the beach of Lac Mercier, which allows visitors to cool off and rest while admiring the view of the lake.

For the contemplatives, the "Place de la Gare", where artists-painters of the region work and exhibit throughout the year, is worth the detour. Also, you can attend the numerous shows at the Village church presented by Première Scène Mont-Tremblant. The church has been converted into a theater to preserve this building which has a great historic value. For an incursion in time and to discover the richness of the history of the Ville, you can go through part of the heritage circuit, the other part is located centre-ville.
